Safed, Tiberias, Mount Meron Tour Highlights and Itinerary
Pickup from hotels in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Herzliya, and Netanya

On this tour of Jewish landmarks on the shores of the Galilee we begin with a drive up the Mediterranean coast then through the Plain of Armageddon and on to Tiberias, Safed, and Mount Meron three of the most famous places in Northern Israel.
On this one-day tour which leaves from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, we head north, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee to Tiberias where you’ll visit the graves of some of the most important and historical Jewish figures, the Tzaddikim, sages Rabbi Baal HaNes and Rabbi Meir.
Heading to the city of Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism, Safed, a holy Jewish city built on a hilltop.
You’ll explore this beautiful city high atop the mountains of Galilee. Also in Safed we visit the Luria Visitor Center and wander through the picturesque Artists’ Quarter.
Our final destination is Mt. Meron and visit the graves of Zohar author Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, better known as Rashbi. At Mount Meron every year hundreds of thousands of religious Jews celebrate the festival of Lag B’Omer, at the gravesite of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai. Here we explore the Old City and visit the ancient Ari HaKodosh synagogue to learn about Rabbi Isaac ben Solomon Luria Ashkenazi, also visit the Visitors Center and we stroll through the Artists Quarter.
